Ernst Renner, CEO:
Ernst Renner is the founder of NEOS Holdings LLC, NEOS LLC and NEOS Software LLC ("Vgo Software). After establishing NEOS in January 2000, Ernst became the CTO of MeTV Networks, Inc. driving technology strategy and design in the early consumer digital media space. At MeTV, Ernst worked with private and institutional investors to conduct several rounds of investment financing. With all the NEOS properties, Ernst works with client executives to ensure success. Ernst has deep background in insurance, financial services and media, and the enterprise technologies that support those businesses. Ernst is a dynamic, insightful and forward-thinking international speaker with the ability to bridge the common communication gap between business and technology. Ernst holds a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Robert Nocera, CTO:
Robert has been designing and developing object oriented systems and applications for more than 15 years. Robert has multi-disciplinary technical skills throughout enterprise architecture technologies and has exceptionally deep skills in all things Java. As CTO, Robert leads the technology drive for Vgo and is the visionary behind the Vgo product set. His business expertise includes financial services, media and pharmaceuticals where he has worked with companies such as The Hartford, Nielsen Media and Pfizer. Robet speaks frequently at industry events and also is the author of Java Hair, a blog about all things Java. Robert holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Randall J. Love, VP:
Randy is responsible for client solution delivery and partner relationships for Vgo Software. Randy has over 20 years of Information Technology and Business experience. Prior to joining Vgo Software, Randy led successful Architecture and Business Intelligence teams as an IT Executive for two large Financial Services and Insurance companies. Randy holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a MS in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Robert Przybylski, Business Development Director:
Robert (Bob) Przybylski leads the business development efforts at Vgo Software, leveraging his +25 years in consulting solution sales and service. From his long tenure with Coopers & Lybrand, Bob has been working with Fortune 500 clients throughout the Northeast to develop long-lasting relationships. In his role at Vgo Software, Robert is also charged with working with our strategic partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that can be best adapted for our client's needs. During his career Bob has assisted clients in finding solutions to their Business and IT problems by understanding their needs, then directing them to a cost effective solution. Robert holds both a BS and MS from the University of Connecticut.
